NEOC assessment fees are based on the size of the nonprofit, and the type of reporting that is requested. Fees may be paid online at the time of application.
The NEOC Reality Check program provides an economical approach for small nonprofits to participate in the Canadian Nonprofit Employer of Choice award program and still receive significant employer branding and improvement opportunities.
Designed for organizations with 50 employees or less (10 full-time employees is the minimum for participation), the process is similar to the larger scale assessment which includes completion of both the Organizational Profile and Employee Commitment Survey.
Nonprofits participating in the Reality Check award program must achieve a minimum 75% overall combined score to claim the NEOC designation.
All Reality Check participants receive a Basic Report showing their overall score, category scores and top 5 scoring items from the Employee Survey.
Any nonprofit, regardless of size, can choose to participate in the larger scale NEOC Award program and receive the full summary report including benchmark data, verbatim comments and the "Plan for Continuous Improvement" template.
